Profile

I worked at Azhar University, Faculty of Engineering, and civil engineering Department as Associate Professor of hydrology and water resources since 1999. Before such date, I worked at Water Resources Research Institute- National Water Research Center in Cairo in the fields of hydrology, hydrogeology and water resources planning in arid zones for 13 years. During such period, I had a good experience during the work with foreign consultants in many research works concerning Sinai water resources funded by foreign governments. I made a lot of consultations in and outside Egypt in the fields of flood protection, hydrology, assessment of water resources and modeling. I shared in many workshops and conferences in and abroad of Egypt and supervised a bout 10 M Sc thesis in the fields of hydrology, groundwater and integrated water resources.
